Requirements: 

-Need to know how to hack a WEP WiFi Password

-Need to know how to make a batch file/virus and to convert it to .exe file

-Has to have experience in HTML coding and forum/website making

-Has to have at least some facebook/youtube experience

-Has to have a handle

-Know how to hack facebook/youtube/msn password

If you have at least 5/6 r 4/6 of those requirements
